The Holy Ghost inspired Bishop David Oyedepo to classify the word of faith that God committed into his hands into 12 specific areas of emphasis, in direct response to Isaiah 40:6,“The voice said, cry. And he said, what shall I cry ...?" He referred to these areas of emphasis as the 12 pillars of our commission. According to him, "we have Gospel Jordan into power, bearing the ark of liberation," and they have resulted in :

7.    HEALING (Is.53:3-4; Jer.8:22;Matt.8:17) 
8.    WISDOM (Prov.24:3-4;Is.33:6) 
9.    SUCCESS (Josh.1:18-10) 
10.  VISION (Prov.29:18;Jer.29:11) 
11. CONSECRATION (Heb.12:14;2Tim.2:19) 
12. PRAISE (2Chro.20:20-22)
